说明
在医院治疗中有三分治疗，七分护理的说法，护理是医院在整个治疗康复过程中一项至关重要的措施。而红外线治疗仪又是护理工作中不可缺少的重要工具。该红外线可以透过衣服作用于治疗部位。可穿过皮肤，直接使肌肉、皮下组织等产生热效应。加速血液物质循环，增加新陈代谢、减少疼痛、增加肌肉松弛、产生按摩效果等。红外线主要是由于其能从不同水平调动人体本身的抗病能力而治疗疾病。

理念
设计挑战：在前期设计中，要考虑到产品的新颖性，首先得打破常规的设计模式，以不同的感官与使用设计来征服客户。在后期，在考虑安全防烫伤儿童的同时还得考虑护罩的透光性，以及灯头周边的散热性。我们在护罩的材料选择上做了深入研究，所采用的材料为红外线刻穿透的透明PC，同时在灯头两侧加入了散热孔设计，减少热量对外壳的损害。而且制作工艺也极其简单，模具注塑成型，增加了产品单位时间的生产量。

Design challenges: in the early design, we should take into account the novelty of the product, first of all, have to break the routine design model, with different senses and use design to conquer customers. In the later stage, when considering the safety and scald prevention of children, we should also consider the transmittance of the shield and the heat dissipation around the lamp holder. We made a thorough study on the material selection of the shield. The materials adopted were transparent PC penetrated by infrared ray, and the cooling holes were added to both sides of the lamp cap to reduce the damage of heat to the shell. And the manufacturing process is also very simple, mold injection molding, increasing the product per unit time production.
