说明

目前国内输液配药多用人工配药的方式。由人工实现，在集中配液时人工强度大，反复抽吸易污染，因此穿刺输液瓶口会使不溶性微粒数量增加，并且配药过程中无记录和核对程序，潜在的出错几率大，容易造成一换纠纷。智能化临床输液配药机可以很好的解决这些问题。在外观设计方面，我们简化了医生的操作步骤，合理的空间布局，简洁的造型设计使这款产品更符合医疗产品的属性。

Description: at present, the use of artificial dispensing in the infusion and dispensing system in china. By hand, in the concentration distribution of liquid artificial strength, easy to repeated suction pollution, so the infusion bottle will make the insoluble particles increase, and recording and checking program dispensing process, the potential error rate, easy to cause a dispute. Intelligent clinical infusion dispensing machine can solve these problems very well. In the design aspect, we simplified the doctor's operation step, the reasonable spatial layout, the succinct modelling design, causes this product to be more in line with the medical product attribute.

概要

由于设备的落地尺寸较大，在前期的材料选择不得不作出考量。由于塑料涉及模具，加之产品尺寸过大，前期费用投入较大，而且塑料容易被损毁，减少了产品的使用寿命。通过各种因素的综合考量选择钣金加工成型。由于西南地区加工技术的缺陷，生产仍然是个问题，因此我们尽最大可能简化加工难度，让产品顺利落地。
由于使用钣金，主要加工方式折弯、冲压、焊接、打磨、喷塑等加工工艺。
